DT Outlet Equipment Policy

30-Day Support:

All equipment purchased through DT Outlet will have 30-days DT Email Support.  DT guarantees the functionality of the equipment based on the manufacturer’s warranty. In case of defective units, please see our Return Policy Section.

Return Policy:

Upon receiving the equipment; if the equipment does not match the description on the website or is defective; please contact us at [email protected] within 2-days from the receipt and we will start the return process. All returns are also subject to the same Quality Assurance Examination to ensure the equipment is returned in the same condition as when it was purchased. No returns after 2 days.

Equipment Condition:

All of the Equipment is listed “as is” and may have some cosmetic marks and scratches from normal use that will have no effect on functionality.
